Wallace envisions transforming the community to a level where every member has an equal and fair shot at available opportunities. A community where men and women are no discriminated by gender but are accorded respect by virtue of their status as members of the society. He is inspired by the sound of strength and energy in the voice of women and young girls who are free from society’s strings. For him, a smile on a community member is a smile on his face.
Wallace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) and is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication and Journalism at Moi University.
He has nurtured skills in communication, community empowerment, youth development, and conflict resolution, and community integration. He believes the society as we know it now will only change to one that is accommodative for everyone if every member takes responsibility to advocate for change.
