She’s an experienced Finance Officer having a proven ability to drive out inefficiencies through process improvement as well as assisting in the maintenance of accounting procedures. Over the years her work has specifically focused on Trend analysis & financial modelling to help respond to dynamic market conditions and ensuring compliance and statutory reporting.
Racheal holds a Bachelor of commerce (Finance) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, (Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and currently pursuing a master’s program (MBA-Finance) in Moi University and Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA) exams. She is currently working for Rural Women Peace Link as a project Accountant. Her hobbies include listening to music, travelling and socializing.
